Pricing questions
Is there really no subscription?
Correct. Our Single ($7) and Lifetime ($49) plans are one-time payments. We also offer an honest $5.95/month plan for power users — billed every 30 days, cancel in one click, no “per 4 weeks” math.
What’s the refund policy?
If something’s wrong, email [email protected] within 14 days for a full refund. We’d rather fix it or refund you than keep an unhappy customer. See our full Refund Policy at /refund.
Why charge at all if it’s free to build?
Building, previewing, and the plain-text export are free and always will be. The one-time unlock covers the polished PDF/Word export and keeps the lights on without ads or selling your data.
Will my resume pass ATS?
Yes. The default ATS Classic template and the .docx export use real, selectable text and standard headings — exactly what applicant tracking systems parse. We never use image-based PDFs.
